Finding a space

Browse the marketplace openly: every listing, every photograph, every rate is public.

Request access to book. Members request a space with dates or hours; nothing is charged until an owner accepts.

The owner accepts, the day is yours. Cancellation terms are stated on every listing before you ask.

Request access and tell us about the room. We visit before anything lists.

Set your hours, rates and rules. Open the calendar only when the space is truly free.

Accept the requests you want. Payouts settle after each booking, minus one flat fee.
